We are so grateful to the administration of Drew School for opening their doors for us to worship in their building. This Sabbath, July 25, we will be worshipping at Drew School. This is just across the street from our church, so you can use our parking lot as you normally do. You can also use the SF Muni bus routes as you have in the past.
There is plenty of room for everyone, so please come and be blessed with us!

IMPORTANT FIRE UPDATE
We appreciate all your prayers and messages from around our City and the world. They are powerful and encouraging. We’ve also received many questions and we’ll answer a few of them here:
Can I Help With Cleanup?
There’s a lot of cleanup work that needs to be done, but right now the building is unstable with many hazards: sharp metal roofing, precariously hanging beams and ceiling tiles, exposed nails, and fallen debris. At this time, it is unsafe for the general public to be inside but if and when we need help with cleanup, we will let you know here.
Can I Donate Money?
Fortunately, our building was insured, but your donations will help us get up to speed in a temporary location. A temporary sound system, equipment for streaming online, and children’s ministry supplies; these are our top priorities at the moment. Is Your Website the Only Way to Make Donations?
Please make your donations only through the official church website. Any fundraising efforts conducted outside of San Francisco Central Church are not authorized or recognized by the church. Please exercise caution, as unfortunate situations like this can attract fraudulent fundraising attempts or scams. To ensure your donation reaches its intended purpose, use only the church’s official donation channels. Thank you for your overwhelming love, generosity, and continued prayers as we begin this new chapter.
Will Our Church Be Rebuilt?
Yes! Our goal is to rebuild our historic building, working in cooperation with SF City planners.
Is There Any Security at the Church Right Now?
Immediately after the fire all the windows were securely boarded up, and the perimeter was secured to reduce injuries and looting. Additionally, the Richmond District Police Station has increased patrols in the area.
Was Anyone Injured in the Fire?
No one was in the church when the fire started about 1:30pm on Monday, June 29. No one was injured during the fire suppression efforts, for which we are grateful to God.
Were Any Other Buildings Burned?
While no other buildings were burned, our closest neighboring buildings suffered water damage. Directly beside our church is Eliza’s Restaurant, a wonderful family-run Chinese eatery featuring Hunan & Mandarin cooking that our members have enjoyed for many years. Please support them by dining with them or ordering takeout just as soon as they reopen.
