93 All Things Bright and BeautifulCecil Humphreys, an Irish poetess and author, wrote All Things Bright and Beautiful in 1848 to amplify and simplify the first of the 12 clauses in the Apostles' Creed. The tune ROYAL OAK was adapted in 1915 from an English traditional melody by Martin Edward Fallas Shaw.
